More Blogs

The old: Midwife with a Knife; mega-apologies for blogrolling tardiness.

The new(er): WhiteCoat Rants. His post A Nation of Enablers is probably the most cogent take on what's wrong with medical care in America.

The go-pee-before-you-read-or-you'll-be-sorry (thanks to Cranky Epistles, who rates the same warning): Frozen Tootsies, the blog of a rabid squirrel, who refers to herself in the third person when commenting.

Welcome to the blogroll.

Thanks for the blogroll. :) By the way, I ended up seeing my primary care doc, who ended up sending a pertussis PCR. I had just figured that immunity from actually having had the infection would be more protective than the vaccine.

Thank you for the kind words. Frozen Tootsies will show you mercy when the Squirrel Plan for World Domination has come to fruition. You will be the Minister of Health. Or in charge of NASCAR racing. Whichever you prefer.

MWAK: Perhaps illness would cause higher titers than the vaccine (therefore taking longer to wane) but with the history you describe, pertussis needs to be ruled out at the very least.

FT: How do you know I'm not a squirrel too? This post, perhaps? Or was even that just a fiendish, twisted but brilliant attempt to conceal my true identity? Then again, being in charge of NASCAR would be cool.
